The chrome accent and external beveled edge give it that that distinctive touch without compromising our high level of security and strong fire rating. An intumescent fire seal that is heat activated and expands seven times its original size is fire rated for 60 minutes. By doing so, the door is sealed against fire and smoke.
High security 1.25 inch chrome steel bolts, which are 25% thicker than the industry standard, are included with the Continental Series. The top, bottom, hinge, and opening side of each safe in this series are completely wrapped in bolts to prevent prying.
